General

  • We reserve the right not to tattoo any offensive, racial or discriminatory tattoos.
  • We reserve the right to not tattoo you if we believe you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • We have a zero tolerance on offensive language and behaviour.
  • We reserve the right to not tattoo you if you do not complete a tattoo consent form.
  • We reserve the right to not proceed with the tattoo if we deem necessary.
  • We reserve the right to stop the tattoo at any time during the tattoo process if we deem necessary.
  • We reserve the right not to tattoo the face or genitalia area.
  • We will not tattoo any person under the age of 18 under any circumstances, even with parental consent.
  • We reserve the right to not tattoo any person who is pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Tattoos applied to deemed high wear zones including, but not limited to:- Fingers, Hands, Feet, Toes, Neck, Behind Ears/Ears, Knees, Elbows, Wrists, Hips, are considered high wear zone tattoos and are done at the clients own risk. G’day Ink takes no responsibility for any damage to the tattoo such as ink loss, fading, drop out, and any other such damage resulting from tattoos applied to these high wear areas. Any subsequent touch up work is done at the expense of the client.
  • G’day Ink will not be held responsible for any tattoo removal costs.
  • G’day Ink takes no responsibility for any side effects experienced after a tattoo.
  • G’day Ink takes no responsibility for damage to a tattoo or any other related side effects due to poor aftercare procedures and the use of non recommended creams and ointments. Failure to follow the prescribed aftercare instructions will result in any courtesy ‘touch up’ work to be void.

Deposit and Appointment

  • All deposits are non refundable 48 hours prior to the appointment date and time.
  • No artwork or designing will be commenced until the day of the tattoo appointment.
  • Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
  • Your deposit will be held as security throughout the duration of your tattoo. If your tattoo requires multiple sittings, the deposit will be held until the final session.
  • If you cancel your appointment and do not reschedule your appointment session with in 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • You must notify the studio within 48 hours if you cannot keep your appointment and wish to reschedule. Your deposit will then be transferred to your new appointment.
  • Deposits that have been paid but the tattoo has not been started are valid for a period of 12 months only.
  • Any custom work created for you remains the property of G’day Ink and will not be sent via social media or email, viewing in studio only.
  • If you are a ‘no – show’ for your booked appointment your deposit will be forfeit.
  • If you are a no show for two consecutive occasions, with no contact, your deposit will be forfeit. If you wish to reschedule, payment in full will be required upon booking.
